70ah,110v, vrla monoblock lead acid maintenance free set with 9mdls of 12v each precharged battery(9nosx12v), as per drawing /spec. rdso/pe/spec/ac/0009-2014,rev-2,precharged., packing instruction vrla batteries- first every monoblocks /cells should be wrapped with corrugated card board sheet .thereafter all monoblocks /cells should be packed together in wooden cage ,packing should be so rigid that material should not be damaged during transit, lifting at shop floor. bottom frame to be made of wooden planks 20mm thick &should have support of atleast 3 wooden battons of suitable length to facilitate lifting by fork lifter.each panel to be packed in wooden cage of suitable dimension made out of wooden strip of 20x100mm size .gap between each strips should not be more than 100mm.every material used in packing should be eco friendly/ environment friendly.a list should be pasted on each wooden cage showing non-spillable,order no.pl no ,description of item,drg/spec no ,qty,firms name, &date of dispatch etc. note-1.the item &its packing shall carry a qr code containing the details as listed below(qr code to be affixed near name plate ofitem &on top of packing) a)nameof the manufacturer b)purchaseorder
